Agena Sports is operated by PT Akar Generasi Aktif. Online orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Jakarta Pusat.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every province in Indonesia. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for remote destinations. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We ship throughout Indonesia — all 34 provinces, from Aceh to Papua. We do not currently ship outside Indonesia.

Dispatch times

Orders placed and paid before 17:00 WIB on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

An order is dispatched only once payment has cleared.

Couriers and delivery estimates

We ship with JNE, J&T, SiCepat, TIKI, Anteraja, Ninja Xpress, Pos Indonesia, Lion Parcel, IDexpress, SAP Express, Wahana, RPX and Paxel. Within Jabodetabek we also offer same-day delivery by Gojek, Grab, Borzo and Lalamove where the courier's service area allows.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees: transit times vary with destination, weather, public holidays and courier volume. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking information can take a few hours to appear on the courier's system after the parcel is collected.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We dispatch to the address given at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and the cost of re-delivery will be payable by the customer.

If you need to correct an address, email hello@agenasports.com immediately. We can usually amend an address before dispatch, but not after.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will make it right. Contact us at hello@agenasports.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the parcel and its contents. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our own cost, and we will deal with the courier ourselves. You do not need to pursue a claim against the courier.

Please tell us about damage within 7 days of delivery, and keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.

Taxes

Displayed prices include Indonesian VAT (PPN) where applicable. No additional tax is added at checkout, and shipping is not taxed.

Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
