Refund policy

This policy explains when an item bought from Agena Sports can be returned, and how. Agena Sports is operated by PT Akar Generasi Aktif.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept requests made after 7 days have passed.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, with all tags, labels and protective seals intact.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Rackets that have been strung, and strings that have been installed
  • Padel and tennis rackets where the grip seal has been removed
  • Opened grips, overgrips and balls, and other hygiene or consumable items
  • Apparel that has been worn, or from which the tags have been removed
  • Clearance and sale items

How to request a return

Email hello@agenasports.com within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and describing the issue. Photographs help us resolve a request faster. Please wait for your return to be approved before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service: we are not able to refund an item that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will tell you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not use the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at our own cost, including return shipping. The exclusions listed above do not apply in this case.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Indonesian consumer protection law (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen).
